1) Honda Accord e:HEV

There seems to be an Accord-shaped hole in the hearts of many Filipino drivers since the sedan’s departure a few years ago. Perhaps the addition of hybrid power can jump-start some hype and excitement around the market to bring back the Honda Accord to Philippine roads. We’ve experienced Honda’s hybrid system on the Civic e:HEV, and it was a pleasure to drive. Maybe 2025 is the year of the Accord’s return.
2) BYD Sealion 7

The BYD Sealion 7 could actually be regarded as an updated Atto 3, rather than a new Sealion 6. Like the Atto 3, the Sealion 7 is completely electric—forgoing a PHEV system. Packaged in a sportier, and sleeker design, the Sealion 7 injects a flair and performance driving into BYD’s SUV lineup.
3) BMW X3

The all-new BMW X3 gives the SUV a new lease on life with a new design, powertrain, and an array of variants and trims. BMW will be showcasing three X3 (X3 x 3?) variants at Singapore Motorshow 2025, with the BMW X3 M50 xDrive taking center stage.
4) Hyundai Tucson AWD N Line

Hyundai will actually be bringing a refreshed Ioniq 5 N to Singapore, and while we’re definitely excited to talk about that, this Tucson N Line has undoubtedly caught our eye. In 2024, Hyundai Motor Philippines introduced the Tucson Hybrid to the local market, and now we could be seeing its meaner, sportier twin in 2025.
5) Toyota GR Yaris Automatic

This is a bit of a controversial pick, but an exciting one nonetheless. Purist drivers will scoff at the idea of the fan-favorite GR Yaris affixed with an automatic transmission, but this could actually make owning and experiencing GR power a lot less daunting for the casual motorist. And saving your left leg when stuck in traffic might be worth a bit of performance trade-off.
