The updated Tesla Model 3 is here, and it packs more new features than your average facelift. Thankfully, Tesla Philippines has retained prices on the Model 3 and its variants. The lineup starts at P2.109-M for the standard RWD Model 3, while the Long Range and Performance AWD Model 3s sticker for P2.489-M and P3.099-M, respectively.

All variants now come with a front-facing camera for easier parking and maneuvering. This should also improve the Model 3’s autopilot function, as it’s now supported by a total of eight cameras. The Tesla emblems on the front and rear hoods of the Model 3 now feature a matte black finish.

Inside, the Model 3 now has a traditional turn signal stalk, which should make indicating turns more natural and seamless. Previously, the turn signals were engaged through buttons on the left side steering wheel.

However, the biggest updates are found on the Long Range and Performance AWD Model 3s, as they now pack longer driving ranges. The Long Range AWD Model 3 can now drive for an advertised 660km, while the Performance variant is touted with 571km. The driving range on the standard RWD is still listed at 520km.

Those are considerable upgrades, at no extra cost. Since the release of the facelifted Tesla Model Y, the Philippine team has been busy expanding the brand’s charging network. At the time of writing, there are 10 stations across Metro Manila, and one hub in Antipolo, Rizal.
