It’s not every day a YouTube celebrity goes under the hammer. We’re referring instead to the late Ken Block’s ‘Hoonitruck’, set to be auctioned at a Barrett-Jackson event in the coming weeks.

It was the star of several ‘Gymkhana’ runs completed by Block, most notably appearing in Climbkhana 2 where he absolutely nailed it up the slithering passes of China’s Tianmen Mountain, one of the world’s most dangerous roads.

The Hoonitruck started life as a 1977 Ford F-150 Custom pickup truck before the Hoonigan team replaced its tired motor with a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6—similar to the one found in a second-generation Ford GT. The result is over 900hp sent through a modern all-wheel drive system to make for some seriously drifty (and noisy) theatrics.

Applying some sauce to said theatrics are very deep dish custom wheels wrapped around Toyo racing tires, exhaust pipes exiting just behind the front wheel arches and a flat rear wing. The engine is partially exposed, and yes, those are a pair of galaxy-sized turbos you see poking out.

Then there’s the livery: gray/black two-tone satin paint and bright green Monster Energy logos dotted throughout. If it’s sheer presence you’re after, little else comes close.

No reserve price has been mentioned, but given the Hoonitruck sold for a reported $1.1 million (P64 million) back in 2021, we’ll let you make an educated guess and leave your estimate in the comments.
