The ninth-generation Toyota Hilux has officially launched in Japan and is available in two diesel-powered 4x4-equipped variants—the Z and the Z Adventure. While a GR-S version for the new Hilux has not been confirmed, customers can still accessorize their pickup truck with original Gazoo Racing parts.
Sold through the Toyota Racing Development website, the GR parts for the new Hilux include a gloss-black front grille, a dual-pipe dress-up muffler made from stainless steel, GR mud flaps in black or red, and GR sport side visors, which were designed to improve steering stability and ventilation.

Other upgrades include GR performance dampers, a Yamaha-developed component that installs on the front and rear of the Hilux to help mute vibrations and stabilize handling. There are also GR door stabilizers that help improve body rigidity.

Toyota could unveil the ninth-generation Hilux—starting with the BEV model—soon at the 2026 Philippine International Motor Show on June 4. When we eventually get the all-new diesel Hilux, should Toyota Motor Philippines include optional GR parts straight from the dealership, or would you rather wait for a fully fledged GR-S version?
