In January, Volkswagen showed off its Beetle Dune Concept at the 2014 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Michigan. Well, in a new video of the car on the island of Sylt in northern Germany, the carmaker has confirmed that "we will see more of these on the road" in 2016.
According to Volkswagen, while the Beetle Dune Concept is a concept car, everything about it is feasible, making it a near-production vehicle. The carmaker added that the production-model Beetle Dune will also be offered as a convertible.
