If there’s one thing this pandemic has taught us about reaching consumers, it’s that digital is the way to go. Nowadays, a lot of people prefer shopping online from the comfort of their own home. It’s often both safer and easier at the same time.
This applies to the automotive industry as well. Carmakers left and right have started launching alternatives, such as online showrooms, to provide their customers with safer options for buying new vehicles.
The Covenant Car Company, Inc. (TCCCI)—the exclusive importer and distributor of Chevrolet automobiles and parts in the Philippines—has now launched a new online shopping platform called ‘Shop. Click. Drive.’
This is a program by Chevrolet’s parent company General Motors adapted locally by TCCCI to cater to buyers here in the Philippines. The platform enables customers to view and compare Chevy models, book test drives, apply for financing packages, pay for vehicle reservations, and other services.
If and when customers do end up buying a brand-new Chevy, they can even choose if the vehicle will be delivered to their homes or if they’ll be the ones to pick it up at a certain location.
Simply put, Shop. Click. Drive. incorporates all the elements of the entire car buying process into one helpful platform that’s accessible by anyone, anywhere.
“We witnessed the shift in the purchasing journey of digital-savvy Filipino car buyers and we wanted to build a platform that will integrate Chevrolet in that process,” said TCCCI president and chief executive officer Atty. Alberto Arcilla. “The launch of Shop. Click. Drive. is an exciting addition to our already focused digital programs, which allow us to meet our customers in the digital space and provide them with a simple and effortless car purchasing experience.”
