Continental Tires Philippines has unveiled the new UltraContact UX7, made specifically for SUVs and larger crossovers. Designed with Continental’s X-Force Macroblocks tread pattern, the tires are engineered to have the widest contact patch possible to optimize handling and stability.
The UX7’s Robust360 structure was also reinforced with a tread steel wire layer to uphold its durability. These improvements, along with the Adaptive Diamond Compound material, also make the tires stronger against heat, further improving braking distance and overall performance.
And with all the added technology, Continental has also ensured that the tires will remain quiet and comfortable on the road.

At launch, Continental slapped the new tires on a BMW X5 and a Honda HR-V to showcase its SUV versatility. Through slaloms, braking tests, sudden maneuvers, and figure-8 turns, the UX7 performed well on both vehicles. The tires were also advertised to be just as capable in wet road conditions.
Buyers can purchase a set of the UX7 tires on Lazada and at authorized JM Far East dealers.
