After debuting in the United States last April 2024, the new Falken Wildpeak A/T4W and R/101 tires are now officially available in the Philippines.
Courtesy of Falken Tire Philippines and its local distributor JM Far East, the new models come in as strong additions to the brand’s versatile Wildpeak lineup. While the tires are made as all-terrain-ready, their strongest feature might just be their size range.
Before we get into the sizes, let’s talk about the tires themselves, starting with the Falken Wildpeak A/T4W.

With an all-new rubber compound and a refined tread design, the all-terrain set provides a sticky and smooth ride across asphalt roads and overland trails. The tread design also improves towing capability. Along the sidewalls lies a special three-ply protection underneath some lettering designs. An improved inner build should also disperse heat more evenly around the tire.
Putting all these new components together, the A/T4W boasts 20% longer mileage than its predecessor. Falken has highlighted the A/T4W’s versatility on various terrain, but its adaptability should also be noted. Currently available in a whopping 46 sizes, any SUV or pickup driver should be able to find a set of A/T4W tires suitable for their vehicle. An additional 16 sizes will also be coming in 2025.
Also joining the lineup is the new Falken Wildpeak R/T01. Built for optimal off-road performance, the same three-ply sidewall protection found on the A/T4W is further reinforced on the R/T01. This professional off-road tire is defined by its stiff blocks and deeper grooves that provide stronger traction on muddy, rocky, and other uneven surfaces.
The design is tied together by a tectonic-looking tread pattern that has stone ejectors, and other protection built into the tire to prevent debris from latching on. Coming in nine different sizes and specifications, the tire set should also handle highway driving relatively well.
Expect cars like the Ford Ranger Raptor, the Toyota Hilux, and the Mitsubishi Triton to be sporting these new Falken Wildpeak sets. But with 55 sizes between the A/T4W and R/T01, the possibilities are endless.
Falken also proudly announced that these new tires will come with a five-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase. The Japanese tire maker expresses great confidence in its manufacturing process, claiming that tires produced within five years of the manufacturing date can be sold as brand-new.
