If you own a Ford vehicle and you live in Pampanga, specifically in Clark, then you’re in for some good news: Ford Philippines has just opened its newest dealership in the area.
Ford Clark is the first dealership in the country to follow the American carmaker’s new global dealership branding guidelines. It’s a 1,863sqm facility with a four-car showroom, an interactive bay, seven service bays, and 16 additional service bays provisioned for expansion.
In addition, the interior features an interactive welcome pod, customer-oriented purchase rooms, a community and social area for events, and a customer lounge with WiFi and charging ports.
Ford is adamant about giving customers an engaging and inclusive dealership experience. Bert Lessard, managing director of Ford Philippines, says: “Today’s automotive customers are increasingly sophisticated, business-minded, and technologically savvy. Therefore, it is vital that a dealership facility, which is one of our most important customer touchpoints, adapt to this changing consumer behavior in terms of look, feel, and the experience it offers to customers.”
The new facility is operated by the LPL Group, headed by chairman and president Levy P. Laus. If you’d like to give this Ford dealership a visit, it’s located at the LGC Automotive Services Building along Manuel A. Roxas Highway in Clark, Pampanga.
