Grab has mobilized P350 million through its Bayanihan Fuel Crisis Support Program, a series of initiatives to help driver- and delivery-partners sustain their livelihoods amid ongoing economic disruptions. The initiatives include expanded incentives, spot bonuses, and commission rebates.
For Grab’s car services, the initiatives have collectively reduced commission rates to 15%. Driver-partners can earn rebates through Grab Turbo, a newly introduced driving mode that helps drivers optimize their earning potential and receive bonuses.

Drivers can also view their income through the Digital Earnings Tracker. Through this portal, they can access detailed earnings statements, including total fare, effective commissions, gross and net earnings, and incentives.

For delivery-partners, Grab has rolled out spot delivery bonuses for completed trips, with total bonuses exceeding P50 million as of mid-April. A bicycle subsidy is also in place for riders who want to transition to bike-based deliveries.

Both driver- and delivery-partners can avail themselves of platform rewards, including grocery credits, fuel subsidies, and medical vouchers, depending on their performance tier. In addition, partnerships with fuel companies provide pump discounts for both four-wheel and two-wheel partners. A similar arrangement is also available for Move It rider-partners.
Under the Seaoil partnership alone, Grab and Move It partners have claimed more than P2 million in fuel savings. Grab has also extended fuel support through Shell Fleet Cards, with March rebates reaching P1 million.
Rounding out the program, Grab also launched its Eco-Drive Initiative. Billed as Southeast Asia’s largest EV financing coalition for ride-hailing, the initiative brings together bank partners, car manufacturers, and automotive distributors to give driver-partners fast-tracked access to fully electric and hybrid vehicles.
