Porsche Philippines had quite the weekend recently. Not only did it launch the new Cayenne e-Hybrid, it also held the Porsche Festival of Dreams to coincide with the brand’s 75th anniversary. Locally, it’s PGA Cars’ 27th year of being the official distributor of the marque.

But aside from that, Porsche and PGA Cars are ramping it up in the coming years. Electrification and expansion aside, there are even bigger things on the horizon.

During the recent festivities, the company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Porsche Center Manila. The new Porsche Center Manila will be housed within a 15-story building. Once completed, the facility will integrate showrooms, corporate offices, and service areas.

As Porsche dives deeper into electrification, the new center is set to have a dedicated facility for fully-electric Porsche vehicles. So for those who just got Taycans, there’s a bit more peace of mind for you.
