This year has shaped up to be quite a busy one for Nissan Philippines. At the start of 2019, it opened a new showroom in Cainta and upgraded its existing dealership in Cabanatuan. In July, it also inaugurated its newest office in Bonifacio Global City. Now, the Japanese carmaker shifts its focus down south as it opens its newest service center in Cebu City in partnership with Gateway Motors.
The Nissan Service Center in Cebu is the second of its kind in the country and the first in the Visayas. It is also Nissan’s largest service center in the Philippines, boasting 33 work bays and a total floor space of 5,300sqm. A Nissan Customer Assistance Center is located here, so clients in Cebu can enjoy 24/7 roadside assistance. Other offerings available include the usual preventive maintenance services, general and light repairs, and paint jobs.
The facility also offers the Nissan Express Service, which promises prompt servicing of units and an overall premium customer experience. Helping deliver this quality service is the in-house digitized display that provides real-time updates on all vehicles inside the workshop. If you choose to have your Nissan serviced here, a customer lounge that offers all-day breakfast, a merchandise area, and a children’s lounge is also at your disposal.
“Customer satisfaction does not only happen when the customer buys the vehicle. It should continue throughout the entire duration of the customer’s ownership of a Nissan,” said Nissan Philippines president and managing director Atsushi Najima.
Congratulations, Nissan Philippines!
