If you’ve ever dreamed about owning a Subaru WRX STI, this might be your closest chance to get one. Well, sort of.
Motor Image Pilipinas, the official distributor of Subaru here in the country, is offering free STI-style kits to the next 14 WRX buyers—and that includes both four-door and wagon body types. While the total value of this kit wasn’t declared, the style points and cool factor is undeniable.

New WRX owners will have the option between a black or red finish. At first glance, the added front under-spoiler adds some extra oomph to the WRX’s overall impression. That oomph streaks around the sides with the added side spoilers and eventually toward the rear under-spoiler.
That rear spoiler is then supplemented by a clean under diffuser. All in all, the spoilers and diffuser should improve airflow throughout the WRX. It may make a marginal improvement on performance, but boy does it look good.
The passenger door handles also get a layer of protection, and finally, the gear shift gets an STI-branded shift knob.
Prices for the WRX start at P2.788 million for the base, four-door manual variant. Prices then get up to P3.168 million for the top-spec variant, but we’ve compiled its prices and trims below.
