Mercedes-Benz is offering a special, limited-edition variant of its newly launched CLA-Class four-door coupe. True to the "limited-edition" tag, this variant--the CLA Edition 1--is only available for 12 months, or the car's first-year production run.
The CLA Edition 1 highlights the sportiness and exclusivity of the variant. The exterior is available in mountain gray, cosmos black, night black, cirrus white, or designo polar silver magno. AMG-branded equipment are also mounted on the car, from the front and rear aprons and the side sill panels, to the black-painted, multi-spoke AMG light-alloy wheels. The diamond radiator grille boasts a black fin and chrome inserts, while bi-xenon headlamps and lowered sports suspension come as standard with the car.
Inside, the Neon Art motif is exclusive to the model. The sports seats are upholstered in leather and black microfiber Dinamica with the yellow stitching serving as a very special contrast. The instrument panel and the beltlines are clad in Artico artificial leather with yellow stitching in a wraparound look. Other special touches are trim elements in aluminum finished with a light longitudinal grain, and a three-spoke multifunction sports steering wheel in nappa leather with a flattened bottom section and perforations in the grip area.
The CLA Edition 1 can be ordered now from a starting price of €35,402 (P1.93 million) for the CLA 180 Edition 1, to €44,625 (P2.43 million) for the CLA 250 Edition 1.
