As of this writing, operations at the Estrella-Pantaleon and Binondo-Intramuros bridges have already restarted. San Miguel Corporation also announced earlier today that it will resume works on the Skyway Extension Project tomorrow, May 15. No word yet when other big-ticket projects such as the Skyway Stage 3 will resume construction.
