The Holy Week holiday is right around the corner, and public transportation lines are expected to adjust their operations for the next few days. In case you missed it, the Metro Manila train systems and the Philippine National Railways have already announced their trip schedules for the upcoming holidays.
Select point-to-point (P2P) bus operators have also released their Holy Week schedules, with many of them planning to close on Thursday, April 2, and Friday, April 3. Like the train lines, regular operations will return on Monday, April 6.

Holy Week 2026: Katipunan to Makati P2P Bus
According to the DNS, the operator of this Quezon City–Makati line, operations will be closed from Thursday, April 2, to Friday, April 3, later this week. Regular trips will return on Monday, April 6, the day after Easter Sunday.
Holy Week 2026: Fairview to Makati P2P Bus
The Fairview-Makati P2P bus will be suspended from Thursday, April 2, to Saturday, April 3. At the time of writing, the operator of the route has not mentioned when its normal schedule will return.
Holy Week 2026: Alabang Town Center to Greenbelt 5 P2P Bus
RRCG Transport will be closing its bus routes from Thursday, April 2, to Friday, April 3. However, hourly trips will be available from Saturday, April 4, to Sunday, April 5. These trips will run within a compressed schedule, from 8am to 10pm.
Holy Week 2026: Starmall Alabang to Starmall EDSA-Shaw P2P Bus
Also operated by RRCG Transport, this route will follow the same operating schedule, with rides available on Saturday and Sunday. Between Alabang and EDSA-Shaw, the bus also makes drop-offs at SM Megamall and Robinsons Galleria. Commuters can also board the bus from the latter.
Holy Week 2026: Batangas Grand Terminal to Newport P2P Bus
Like the previous two routes, this line is also under RRCG Transport and will close on the upcoming Thursday and Friday. However, full operations will commence on Saturday, April 4.
