MMFF 2023 Parade of the Stars: Temporary NLEX entry/exit closures at Karuhatan

Extended truck ban hours will also be implemented on MacArthur Highway

In addition to the road closures and alternate routes provided by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and the Navotas City Public Information Office, the Valenzuela City local government has now released a traffic advisory for the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) Parade of the Stars happening on Saturday, December 16, 2023.

The annual parade will be held at CAMANAVA this year, kicking off from Navotas Centennial Park and making its way to Valenzuela People’s Park via Circumferential Road 4 (C-4), Samson Road, and MacArthur Highway. The 8.7km route will take approximately three hours to cover.

To make way for the parade, the southbound Karuhatan entry and exit of NLEX Segment 9 and the northbound Karuhatan entry and exit of NLEX Segment 10 will be closed to traffic from 4pm to 10pm on December 16. On the same day, extended truck ban hours will be implemented on MacArthur Highway from Malanday to Marulas, from 12nn to 11:59pm.

A. Pablo Street will have a one-way scheme for light vehicles en route to Marulas and Monumento.
