Vietnam’s leading automotive brand, VinFast, has been growing its Philippine operations on multiple fronts. Since its official introduction last year, VinFast has opened nine dealers around the country and has supported the launch of Green GSM—a ride-sharing service that exclusively uses its vehicles.
Its vehicles and services are priced competitively, save for the VF9. In the background of all of this is a growing network of V-Green EV charging stations. It may get confusing as these chargers are outfitted with VinFast branding, but its official title stands as V-Green.

A report from the Vietnam Investment Review shared that V-Green is currently scouting locations in key urban areas in the Philippines, namely Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao. At the time of writing, there are nine V-Green stations in the country, with the majority of them in the Rizal and Cavite provinces.

The report also disclosed that V-Green will be opening its EV charging network to landowners and property developers with revenue-sharing partnerships. Interestingly, the report claimed that V-Green will likely shoulder the construction, installation, and maintenance costs while requiring no initial investment from its land partners. V-Green is said to be on the lookout for properties between 30sqm and 1,000sqm.
