One of the worst parts about Metro Manila commute? Having to get dressed up nicely before leaving the house, only to get shoved around on the bus and arrive at the office all sweaty and looking like a basketcase. If you know, you know. Diyahe, pare.
Some days—especially during summer—there’s just no remedy to it but a nice shower. If you can take a quick bath at your office, then good for you, but most people don’t have that option.
For commuters who pass through the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), they do have that option. The terminal actually has the PIX Pay Lounge wherein you can take a shower for just P50. Whether you need to freshen up before an important appointment or just had an incredibly long day and just can’t wait to get home before you take a bath, then you could use something like this.

Commuters can also use the comfort rooms at the PITX Pay Lounge. If you’re coming in to answer the ‘call of nature’ (yes they said that), it’ll cost you P20. Not bad, because if you look at the photos here, those comfort rooms do look pretty clean.
If you’re passing by PITX and are in dire need of a shower—or some release—just check this out. It’s on the second floor of the building, right beside the Land Transportation Office (LTO) licensing center.
