To those who use the parking facilities at Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), we’ve got some bad news: The transport hub will implement higher parking rates effective January 14, 2025.

Notably, the whole-day P60 flat rate for four-wheeled vehicles will be scrapped, and the P150 overnight parking rate will double. For motorcycles, the day fee is still a flat rate, but there will be a price increase. Check out the full rates below:

PITX 2025 parking fees

  • Cars
    • P60 for the first three hours (from P60 flat rate)
    • P15 per succeeding hour
  • Motorcycles – P60 flat rate (from P50)
  • Overnight parking (1:30am to 5am) – P300 plus base parking fee (from P150 plus base parking fee)

The usual parking customers at PITX are employees working at nearby office buildings as well as local passengers who are either going out of town for several days or taking a city bus to another part of Metro Manila for the day. After higher parking fees at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) took effect in October 2024, some airline passengers began parking their cars at PITX instead and using the airport bus to travel to and from the airport.
