Nissan Iloio recently received the highest accolade given by Nissan Motor Co. to its dealers worldwide: the Global Nissan Sales and Service Way (NSSW) Award.
Virginia Segovia, dealer principal of Nissan Iloilo, received the award at a formal ceremony held at the Jaro, Iloilo City dealership from Val de Leon, Nissan Motor Philippines' senior vice president for marketing, sales and after-sales and administration and corporate planning division.
In a congratulatory video message, Nissan Motor president and chief executive Carlos Ghosn expressed his appreciation for the winners, which focused their efforts and established the highest level of quality, despite the challenges they faced in the previous year.
"Nissan is committed to quality leadership in the global automotive industry, and sales and service quality is critical to that commitment," Ghosn said. "The expectations of customers are becoming increasingly sophisticated and demanding day by day. We rely on you to serve our customers well, and support the long-term growth of the strengths of our business and brand."
Although this is the first time the dealership has received the Global NSSW award, it is not new to receiving commendations for its sales performance, after-sales service and customer satisfaction achievements. Recently, the dealership was recognized and accredited by the Department of Trade and Industry as a Five-Star "A" Automotive Shop.
