When we arrived in Nice, France, for this week's media test drive of the all-new Peugeot 208 GTi, we were fetched by the French carmaker's spacious and comfortable family van called the Expert Tepee. Eurobrands Distributor Inc. marketing and communications director Dong Magsajo then shared with us that they are soon launching this van in the Philippines to compete head-on with the Hyundai Starex.

No data has been provided, but Magsajo said they will most likely bring in diesel-powered units since the main purpose of vans requires a lot of torque.

The Expert Tepee will be launched within the year, the executive added. So, if you're in the market for a family van, you might want to wait for this one.
