In late October last year, we reported that PGA Cars would be adding Bentley to its stable of high-end car brands, which now already includes Audi, Lamborghini and Porsche. Well, the time for the launch of the Volkswagen-owned British luxury marque has come.
Next week, on May 8th, PGA Cars is officially launching Bentley Manila. The date supposedly coincides with the birthday of PGA Cars big boss Robert Coyiuto Jr. The event will take place on the second floor of the main PGA Cars building on EDSA near the corner of Ortigas Avenue, which will also be the location of the Bentley showroom.
According to our source, PGA Cars already has units of the Continental GT V8 and the Continental GT Speed. Also, if things go according to plan, a unit of the Flying Spur could make it to the launch event.
Seems like the Philippine economy is looking really good. Aside from Bentley, Rolls-Royce is also expected to come in through the Autohub Group. Which brings us to this question: Which ultra-luxury brand do you think will be more successful in our market, Bentley or Rolls-Royce? Take our poll.
