Porsche will reportedly nix the manual transmission that's offered in the entry-level naturally-aspirated, rear-wheel drive Panamera V6 and V8 models.
According to CarandDriver.com, sources from within the German carmaker revealed that the demand for a manual transmission-equipped Panamera was "too low to justify a successor."
This means the next-generation Panamera will only be equipped with either the Porsche Doppelkupplungsgetriebe (PDK) dual clutch transmission or the Tiptronic S automatic gearbox.
