The Philippine Superbike Championship (PSBK) is almost upon us, and reigning champs Access Plus Racing has now announced its lineup for the 2024 season.
Running it back in pursuit of his fourth straight PSBK title, reigning champ TJ Alberto will be leading the charge for Access Plus this year. Racing alongside him will be his brother Troy Alberto, who is coming back from his two-year WorldSSP300 campaign.

The Alberto brothers will be riding the Ducati Panigale V4 that debuted in the PSBK last season, the same bike that helped TJ secure six race wins and five podium finishes. Their bikes will be powered by Shell Advance oils, promising protection against extreme engine temperatures, providing added power at high speeds, and improving fuel efficiency when sustaining higher revs. Other team sponsors include Ducati Philippines, DID, Aella, Extreme Components, Macbeth, Motoworld, Sprint Filter, Brembo, and Ohlins Racing.

“2024 will be a very interesting season. Not only will I be aiming for my fourth consecutive title, but I’ll also be racing against my brother Troy who’s a really strong rider,” said TJ. “We’re in the same team and we’re family, so it’s going to be interesting how that dynamic will play out. I’m really excited to start the season and having extra motivation this year to push even harder.”
“After two years racing out of the country, I’m excited to come home to the Philippine Superbike Championship,” said Troy. “Myself and the team have been putting in the work the past few months and I feel ready to race. My target is to go for the win and to have fun racing hard against the other guys.”

“Happy to have Shell Advance join us in our journey to victory in the 2024 season, which is a perfect match for our Ducati Panigale V4,” said Access Plus president and CEO Toti Alberto. “Having both TJ and Troy at the helm, this is also our strongest-ever lineup in PSBK. We're confident that these two can ride at record pace and we’re praying we can take this to the championship.”
The 2024 PSBK season will commence on May 11 and will conclude on October 13. Races will be held at the Batangas Racing Circuit and Clark International Speedway.
