Toyota i-Road concept

What you see above is not a Car Town creation. It's an actual concept vehicle presented by Toyota at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, called the i-Road personal mobility vehicle. It's electric, and Toyota claims it can run up to 50km with just a single charge. This thing accommodates two passengers who sit in tandem.

Now, the question: Do you think this can safely navigate the urban jungle that is Metro Manila? If your answer is a brave yes, just make sure you stay away from those charging buses. You don't want to be squished inside this.
