All of the car enthusiasts’ eyes are on Japan this weekend for the Tokyo Auto Salon. As with every year, the show will be surrounded by several other automotive events happening all across Tokyo.

There’s one that we’re most excited about, and it’s happening at the famed Daikanyama Garage, hosted alongside none other than our friends from Karrera Showroom. Yes, that spot in Alabang, just here in Metro Manila.

Karrera x Daikanyama Garage Pop-up Event:

The pop-up event is happening from January 10 to 12, and it’ll be like a melting pot of automotive culture brought over from the Philippines to Japan. Karrera hosted a photography, graphic arts, and film contest towards the end of 2024, and the best among all categories will be showcased at Daikanyama this weekend. Cash prizes will also be awarded to the winning artists.

Not only that, but there’ll be talks on car culture from Karrera and Carbon Detailing Studio, as well as on the history of Philippine motorsports and the arts. Merch from Neo Classic and all sorts of brands will also be dropping at the event. Movies will be screened, cocktails will be served, and of course, a lot of cars will come out and show out all weekend.

If you’ll be at the Tokyo Auto Salon this weekend, we suggest you swing by the Daikanyama Garage for a taste of what Karrera is cooking up. We’re all stoked to see what’s in store—we’ll see you all there.
