Collabs between automotive manufacturers and brands from other industries aren’t new. For decades, carmakers have been teaming up with all sorts of entities to create one-of-a-kind and sometimes one-of-one models.
In some instances, however, car brands end up with weird collabs. Case in point—five of them, to be exact—these car-and-fashion crossovers that didn’t exactly feel like good fits.
1) AMC Gremlin Levi’s: 1974

2) Lincoln Continental Designer Series: 1979

Among a variety of names, the Cartier edition requires an especially strong stomach.

5) Fiat 500e Armani: 2024

Nicely done, but can never touch a battered original Nuova 500 parked in Trastevere.
