Quick guide: How to reload your Beep card

Where can I reload my Beep card?

Beep cards can be topped up at any LRT or MRT station as well as at passenger terminals of transport partners. Over-the-counter reloading is also available at select Ministop branches. Card holders may also reload through self-service kiosks around the metro.

Over-the-air (OTA) reloading is also available through OTA loading partners including BPI, Maya, Eon by Unionbank, Akulaku, Justpayto, ANDFinancing, PosibleNet, Share Treats, and SMS loading through Load to Beep. Take note that OTA reloading will still require you to go to e-Load station to complete the process.

How to reload Beep card via BPI:

1. 1. Log in to BPI Online or the BPI Mobile app and go to Payments/Load.
2. Select Load E-Wallet.
3. Fill in the details (CAN number at the back of your Beep card) and select an E-Wallet.
4. Confirm the details of your transaction then click on Confirm.
5. Enter the one-time pIN (OTP) then select Submit.
6. Tap your Beep card at any e-Load station and wait until the load is fetched and credited to your account.

How to reload Beep card China Bank:

1. Insert your China Bank Atm and enter your PIN.
2. Choose Beep Transactions.
3. Choose Beep Reload.
4. Input the amount to reload.
5. Tap and hold your Beep card on the scanner. An additional P10 service fee will be charged to your account.

How to reload Beep card via ShopeePay

1. Open the Shopee app and go to Load, Bills & Travel.
2. Under Travel, select ‘BEEP CARD’ then enter the 16-digit number found at the back of your card.
3. Select the amount to reload. The available denominations on ShopeePay are P20, P50, P100, P200, P300, P500, and P1,000.
4. Tap Check out and select ShopeePay as the payment option. Choose Pay Now then input your ShopeePay pin. An additional convenience fee will be charged for every transaction.
5. Tap your Beep card at any e-Load station and wait until the load is fetched and credited to your account.

How to reload Beep card via Justpayto:

1. Visit justpay.to/beep
2. Enter the Beep card number or CAN found at the back of the card.
3. Select a payment method.
4. Indicate the amount to reload then click Pay Now.
5. Tap your Beep card at any e-Load station and wait until the load is fetched and credited to your account.

How to reload Beep card via Akulaku:

1. On the Akulaku app, go to the Services tab and tap Beep Card.

2. Enter your Beep card account number (found at the back of your card) and choose an amount.

3. Tap next then confirm your payment.

4. Tap your Beep card at any e-Load station and wait until the load is fetched and credited to your account.
