Floyd Mayweather isn’t exactly known for being frugal, especially when it comes to cars. To be fair, the guy was paid more money than any other athlete in the past decade, so it’s hard to blame him for splurging. And this holiday season, the boxing great really did go all out.
First up is a ride that he didn’t buy for himself, but for his daughter. Pictured here is the Mercedes-AMG G63, which has a starting price of $152,500 (roughly P7.7 million). It packs a 4.0-liter bi-turbo V8 capable of 577hp and 0-6omph (97kph) in just 4.5sec. We’re sure Miss Mayweather is happy with her ride.
Of course, the champ also decided to splurge on himself. Here he shows off a 2020 Bentley Continental GT customized by Mulliner. Hard to say exactly how much Mayweather’s particular unit costs, but considering that Continental GTs start at $201,225 (around P10.2 million), rest assured it wasn’t cheap.
Lastly, Mayweather decided to gift himself a Rolls-Royce Cullinan. He says he already has a black one, so he decided to get a white one to match, because why the hell not? These start at around $325,000 (around P16.5 million).
So, if you’re keeping score at home, our estimate for Mayweather’s Christmas shopping spree adds up to about $678,725, or around P34.5 million in our language (that can easily double in cost here because of our taxes)—and that’s just for new rides. Considering all the customization options those cars have available, the actual total is probably enough to make our collective heads spin. Merry Christmas, Floyd.
