Luxury fashion house Gucci is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, and to mark the occasion, it has partnered with Hot Wheels to produce a 1:64 scale-model replica of its custom Cadillac Seville.
Say hello to the Hot Wheels x Gucci Cadillac Seville—quite possibly one of the most exquisite Hot Wheels sets you’ll find. It is the first high-fashion collaboration for the toymaker and the first official collectible from Gucci.
The all-metal die-cast body features all the details of the original, from the gold accent on the roof that slopes down towards the rear with the ‘G’ crest on the C pillar to the red exterior accents, the wheels, and the white and gold tire inserts. There’s also the Gucci plate and badges out back. The interior, meanwhile, has also been carefully recreated with the GG pattern and gold piping on the seats.
Hot Wheels’ collab with Gucci “didn’t stop with the car,” as the scale model also comes encased in an acrylic display with an authentic box and slipcover featuring Gucci’s signature green paper.
The “super limited-edition” Hot Wheels x Gucci Cadillac Seville is set to hit the market soon and will sell for $120 each, or about P6,000 in local currency. What do you guys make of this one?
