Move over, Honda. Your CBR1000RR-powered ‘Mean Mower’ isn’t the only inconspicuous piece of machinery modified to perform well above its intended purpose. Though admittedly, this one by Liberty Walk might be a lot less impressive around the track.
This, friends, is a Liberty Walk farm tractor. You might not have been able to tell at first glance due to the lack of the aero specialist’s signature lowered stance, especially if you first viewed it as a thumbnail within the confines of a 5.8-inch screen smartphone.
Upon closer inspection though, you’ll find an ‘LBWK’ decal on the side, a stainless steel exhaust, as well as a spoiler featuring Liberty Walk’s red rising sun on it. That’s also company CEO Wataru Kato operating the vehicle next to an unassuming Japanese rice field, in case you didn’t notice.
Just look at that monster go. That exhaust note sounds absolutely glorious, as does the vehicle’s horn. We can’t even begin to imagine the amount of downforce that massive wing is producing, too.
On a more serious note, it’s a breath of fresh air to see Kato-san enjoying himself behind the wheel of something other than a stanced-out Lamborghini or JDM legend. So, how about a forklift next? Any takers?
