Nowadays, the ability to drive a manual transmission is fast becoming a rare skill. It's a shame, really. Rowing through gears yourself might sound archaic to some young drivers, but it's a great skill to have at any age. Not to mention you get that 'pure' driving experience that old-timers love to brag about.
