As we grow older, most of us tend to slow down, literally and figuratively. But don’t tell that to Sonja M. Heiniger.
Heiniger is an 85-year old businesswoman based in Switzerland. She owns an internet services company, and we reckon she’s doing pretty well for herself. So why are we talking about her?

For the most part, seniors would kick back, relax, and take leisurely activities in their twilight years. Heiniger, on the other hand, prefers to rip around the race track. Not only that, she uses either a Porsche 911 GT3 RS or a Lamborghini Gallardo Super Trofeo Stradale.
Per Carscoops, she has been active around the track since 2005, participating in Porsche Club races in Zurich for nearly 20 years. We don’t know if she’s done any track driving prior to that, but we say she’s a cool grandma whether you’re into cars or not.
Don’t believe that she whips those sports cars on the track? YouTube channel MattyB727 has video proof of that. The videos are a few years old now (2022 and 2021), but it doesn’t take away the fact that she’s fast around the track. Monza, to be exact.
The first video shows her ripping around the Italian circuit in her 991 911 GT3 RS. The second one features her with the Gallardo Super Trofeo Stradale. She’s not just puttering around Monza either, she’s carrying serious speed.
