We love coffee here at Top Gear Philippines. We like to think of it as high-octane fuel for our hectic work days (and as the perfect partner of our favorite snacks, of course). But we're not just caffeine-swilling neanderthals looking for a fix. We appreciate the taste and aroma just as much as the effect.

So when Toyota Motor Philippines' (TMP) public relations officer, Traffic Stopper, and coffee connoisseur Jade Sison invited us to go on a coffee crawl in search of the metro's finest brew, we were more than happy to accept.

For this adventure, we took a car that's as reliable as a strong cup of joe: the new Toyota Corolla Altis. Accompanied by the perky millennials of TMP's PR team, we started in Makati at 2pm and finished up in Quezon City at 11pm.

We covered three cafes in total, sampling their coffee, food, wine, and ambience. It was a great chance to try out some awesome spots and to work on our Instagram skills. Check out our video to get a taste of our coffee-crawl experience.
