The Super Cub is easily one of the most iconic scooters from Honda history. As such, if you’re going to base a watch off the thing, there’s kind of a little pressure to get it right.
Thankfully, Seiko’s done an incredible job doing exactly that. This is the Seiko 5 Sports Super Cub Limited Edition—an officially licensed product based on one of the planet’s most sellable vehicles ever.
The watch comes with ‘Super Cub’ branding all over the place. The face of the watch, meanwhile, gets features that represent the headlight and turn signals of the scooter. Flip the thing over and you’ll find a translucent case back with the Super Cub emblem and the unit’s serial number.
Also, the nylon strap features the same green and white color scheme as the rest of the watch and features Honda’s iconic logo. Our favorite design cue, however, has to be the fuel gauge adjustment dial on the crown. Neat.

As if the timepiece wasn’t special enough already, Seiko is shipping these babies out in a special commemorative box that, not surprisingly, also features Super Cub branding.
And we did say this release is limited, didn’t we? Just how limited is it? Only a total of 6,000 units are being made available.
The Seiko 5 Sports Super Cub Limited Edition becomes available in November 2022. Just in time for the Christmas shopping rush then.
