There’s no doubt that the Honda Groms is a nice-looking motorbike. It looks the part of a nimble street ride, but at the same time flaunts plenty of bold lines and gives off a muscular presence. A wild-looking motorcycle, though? We’ve seen wilder.
If you’re looking to make your Honda Grom stand out a bit more and have a spare 27,900 Thai baht (over P45,000) stashed away somewhere, this might pique your interest. It’s a simple aesthetic conversion kit meant to give the Grom a more versatile appearance.
The Super Grom kit comes courtesy of custom shop K-Speed. Frankly, the final product looks kind of like a trail bike on steroids, and the Grom underneath it all is unrecognizable from some angles.
So, what’s included in this kit? A lot. The most obvious bits are the decorative headlight cover, fuel tank covers, a new seat cushion, exhaust, and a taillight with built-in turn signals. More subtle components include new handlebars, mini mudguards, handguards, and new fairings underneath the headlight.
No performance changes here, though, so any Grom getting this kit will still run on a 125cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine. But if a more intense look is all you’re going for, K-Speed’s Super Grom conversion kit will probably have you covered. What other motorbikes would you like to see get a meaner appearance?
