CFMoto went on a tear in 2024, rolling out one bike after the other, just a few months apart. It’s slowed down a bit this year, but it doesn’t mean the Chinese motorcycle manufacturer no longer has new launches up its sleeve. Because it still very much does.
The newest two-wheeler to come out of Hangzhou is far from the high-revving sport bikes and towering ADVs we’ve been seeing from the brand as of late, though. It’s a small and stylish retro scooter called the CFMoto 150 Aura.

The 150 Aura features clean, classic design cues, with the retro headlamp and round side mirrors up front. The light strip on the front fairing adds some flavor to the look, and it works well, especially with the busier colorways available. But more on those later. First, let’s talk specs.

What are the specs of the CFMoto 150 Aura?
The CFMoto 150 Aura, as the name suggests, comes with a 150cc liquid-cooled, four-valve, single-cylinder gasoline engine. This puts out 15.8hp at 8,500rpm and 14.3Nm at 6,500rpm and is mated to a belt-driven continuously variable transmission.
The Aura stands 1,901mm long, 735mm wide, and 1,121mm tall with a 1,343mm wheelbase. Seat height is listed at 770mm or 30.3 inches, and curb weight is at 132kg. It sits on 12-inch wheels with disc brakes all around and dual-channel ABS to boot.

This scoot might have a retro design, but it comes with modern features. There’s an NFC key available, and the bike also comes standard with a 6.2-inch TFT display. A tire-pressure monitoring system, action-camera connection, and Motoplay full-screen navigation are also available. There are fast-charging ports as well.
How much is the CFMoto 150 Aura?
Now, for the prices and colorways. There are four available (see more below), namely: Streamer White, Galaxy Gray, Aurora Green, and Interstellar Blue. In China, it stickers for 11,980 Chinese yuan, which equates roughly to P95,000. If Motostrada were to launch this here, would you consider this if you were in the market for a scoot?
