It looks like Philippine motorsports will be getting a boost this year.
Ride for Solidarity (RFS) has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the National Motorcycle Sports & Safety Association (NAMSSA) and Ayala Land to establish the Philippine Off-road Riding Center at Ayala Vermosa Sports Hub in Imus, Cavite.

Under the MOA, NAMSSA will provide exclusive regulatory supervision over the facility. NAMSSA is the motorcycle National Sports Association recognized by the Philippine Sports Commision, the Philippine Olympic Committee, and the Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme, and it has a 35-year track record of racing oversight. Throughout three decades, there have been zero fatalities under NAMSSA’s watch.

RFS, meanwhile, is an organization dedicated to push for structured competitions and safety programs to professionalize Philippine motorsports. It has shared the 2026 calendar, which will consist of the National MX Leg 1 in April and the 1st Official National Rally Raid on May 1 to 3 at Ayala’s Alviera in Porac, Pampanga. A new racing series, Hooligan Pilipinas, will also launch this year and will feature a flat-track format to further expand the community.
“World-level athletes require world-class environments. What we are building here are not simply races, but structured training grounds where talent can be measured, ranked, and developed,” said NAMSSA president Stephan ‘Macky’ Carapiet. “Skill exists everywhere; it is the system around the rider that turns potential into champions. Today, Philippine motorsports moves in step with the global stage. We thank Ride for Solidarity for initiating this movement and Ayala Vermosa for hosting the vision.”

The Philippine Off-Road Academy will also be integrated into the new facility at Vermosa, which will host structured rider education for various skill levels to cater to all riders. There will also be an RFS Adventure Hub where off-roading gear and accessories will be available for purchase.
“These partnerships with [NAMSSA] and Ayala Vermosa Sports Hub allow us to move from standalone events toward a structured national platform for athlete development,” said RFS’ Rupert Ambil II. “With recognized governance and a stable base for our programs, Filipino riders can train consistently, compete credibly, and prepare for higher levels of international racing. We believe that when we dream, we dream for others—and by developing the next generation of champions, we also promote the Philippines as a destination for world-class motorsport and adventure tourism. We are not just racing; we are helping in nation-building and shaping a national dream.”
It’ll be an interesting year ahead for the off-road riding community. Keep your eyes peeled for more updates throughout the year.
