Isuzu has just dropped a video teaser for the next-generation D-Max. As with most of these affairs, the Japanese car manufacturer doesn’t reveal much—but we do get a good look at some of the vehicle’s new design cues.
The first thing you’ll notice in the footage is the truck’s new face. The headlights are noticeably more defined compared to the current-generation, and they eat into the new-look grille up front. The grille, meanwhile, features a simple design—a dark cross bar, a more pronounced Isuzu logo, and some rather subtle gray trim. We also get a look at the foglight housings, which appear to better mesh with the front’s overall look.
Isuzu also gives fans a look at some changes to the interior. The center console, in particular, looks much more premium now. There are some attractive piano-black plastics covering several components and the shift knob features nice stitching and what appears to be brushed metal trim.
Viewers are also treated to flashes of the vehicle’s boxy new taillights, engine cover, and redesigned gauges. So far, the all-new D-Max is looking like it will be a significant step up from the current model in terms of aesthetics.
