Ford Philippines has an early Christmas gift for Territory owners—a brand-new suite of exclusive customer support services called Territory Assure+.
Territory Assure+ is made up of four main services designed to make owning a Territory a comfortable and worry-free experience for current and future owners alike. That’s right—it will also be made available to previous-generation Territory owners.

With the majority of Territory drivers living active and busy lifestyles, Territory Assure+ embraces their on-the-go flow and aims to provide these owners with flexible support. As Ford Philippines president and managing director Mike Breen puts it, “With the Territory Assure+, we are giving them the confidence and peace of mind in owning their Territory, so they can enjoy every driving moment with their friends and family.”
The first service, appropriately named Express Service, gives owners access to reliable periodic maintenance—all done within just 90 minutes. Somewhere in that efficient hour and a half, units are also treated to a thorough car wash.
Owners are also entitled to Free Pick-up and Delivery, where they can have their car picked up from their specified location for service maintenance and returned afterwards—owners can even request door-to-door service. Keep in mind, though, that this is only available for locations within 5km of Ford dealerships in Metro Manila and 8km of Ford dealerships in provinces.
With all this talk of fast maintenance, if a situation comes wherein a Territory needs more than a day of servicing, Territory Assure+ can keep owners on the road by providing a loaner vehicle through the Mobility Support service.
Finally, Territory owners get Improved Customer Support with a dedicated email address on top of the Ford hotline and social media channels. Owners can email ftassure@ford.com for any questions related to their Territory.
