Ford owners rejoice: The brand’s new parts distribution center has just opened in Calamba, Laguna. The facility guarantees same-day deliveries to Metro Manila, and daily deliveries in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Built in partnership with DB Schenker, the 13,000sqm center holds upwards of 100,000 after-sales parts for Ford vehicles, with four inbound docks ready to receive items from the Ford Parts Manufacturing Plant in Thailand and components made in the United States. Proudly, Ford Philippines says this facility is twice the size of its old facility.

But it was not just built for capacity. The center was also strategically designed to ensure that the most urgent parts are placed right next to the four outbound docks—ready to be packed and shipped right when the order comes in. While the columns of parts look daunting, each row and section was categorized for accessibility and maximum efficiency. Items that can be carried by hand are at arm’s reach, and there is ample space for the machines to do the heavy lifting.
From oil filters to bumpers, the center promises to have it all—and to send it all to the customer in the blink of an eye. Efficiency and effectiveness are the key principles guiding the way for this facility. With this, Ford Philippines is aiming to provide customers a worry-free ownership experience.
A long-time partner and collaborator of Ford Philippines, DB Schenker will be handling the logistics and supply-chain services of the facility, as well as deliveries to Metro Manila and surrounding areas. Meanwhile, 2GO Group has been enlisted to handle deliveries to Visayas and Mindanao.
Ford Philippines also showcased its Mobile Service Vehicles, an incoming fleet of Ford units ready to meet customers wherever they may be with the right parts and fast service.
