Honda Cars Philippines (HCPI) teased, and it has delivered. The all-new Prelude has landed on Philippine soil, and it’s just been unveiled at the Honda Fest 2025.
Honda has officially previewed the next-generation coupe, and while prices and other details are still unavailable, we already know that it will be launched here in 2026. We’re stoked.

It‘s been a long time coming for the Prelude. I was lucky enough to have seen it at the 2023 Japan Mobility Show (JMS). Then at JMS this year, our executive editor Sharleen Banzon was able to drive it at Honda’s proving ground in Motegi, Japan. You can read more on that here.

For HCPI, the past few years have been big. The brand has launched one hybrid model after another—one of which even won Top Gear Philippines’ 2025 Car of the Year—and it’s continuing that with the Prelude.
Honda has also already confirmed the 0 models will also make their way to the Philippines, with HCPI president Rie Miyake even reiterating it to the public at Honda Fest. The next few years are shaping up to be exciting ones for the Japanese carmaker. Anyway, for now, we’ll just try to sit patiently and wait until any of these new models come up. For those of you who want to check out the all-new Honda Prelude up close, it’ll be on display all weekend at the Festival Mall, Alabang.
