Hyundai has recently released an N Line version of its fully electric Ioniq 5 crossover, and you can color us interested. While it isn’t an update to the hotter Ioniq 5 N, this new model instead marries sensible performance with sportier styling.
It recently launched in Hyundai’s home market of South Korea, where buyers can configure it with either long-range two-wheel or all-wheel-drive systems. With that, an 84kWh battery is on deck, putting driving range between 441km and 411km.

Before this, Hyundai also dropped an Ioniq 6 N Line, with a similar performance-focused design language. Let us know if you’d like to see a more in-depth look at that. But back to the Ioniq 5.

This new N Line model comes with a more complex face thanks to a new bumper and additional garnishes. The Ioniq 5 N Line also features air intakes, while retaining the same LED headlamps as the standard model.

Around back, the rear bumper also gets the N Line treatment, along with a sleeker diffuser. The 20-inch wheels now feature N-branded hubcaps, as well as a new turbine-looking pattern. Admittedly, it looks like a cross between the standard Ioniq 5 wheels and the rollers on the full N model.
Inside, drivers get an N Line steering wheel, performance pedals, and N-stamped seats. Speaking of the seats, they aren’t quite racing seats, but there is red stitching throughout the upholstery. The dashboard and other surfaces get matching red trims to tie the new look together.
Interestingly, over in Thailand, the Ioniq 5 N Line is offered in Optic White, Titan Gray Metallic, and Midnight Black Pearl, while in South Korea, the crossover gets the N Line red we’ve seen on the Elantra and Creta. Tell us if you’d like to see this N Line model in the Philippines.
