The two lower variants are now available at showrooms, while the range-topping SX will be arriving soon.
Now, for the engines. The 1.5-liter gasoline option makes a total of 113hp and 144Nm of torque, and is mated to an Intelligent Variable Transmission, which is Kia’s proprietary name for its CVT. The 1.4-liter turbochaged straight-four in the top-spec variant is good for 138hp and 242Nm of torque, and drives the front wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox.

The facelifted Seltos features a sharper and bolder appearance than before, courtesy of a larger grille, revised headlamps with LED units in the two higher variants, a more rugged-looking front bumper, and vertically oriented foglights in the SX. Over at the back, a lightbar stretches across the width of the tailgate to connect the redesigned LED taillights, while the rear bumper design echoes that of the front. All variants ride on 17-inch wheels with 215/60 tires.
The interior of the 2024 Seltos has received quite an overhaul, too, in terms of features. On the SX, a 10.25-inch LCD instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch multimedia touchscreen share the same housing to form one expansive unit. Lower variants get a 4.2-inch instrument panel and an eight-inch touchscreen head unit. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard across the range.

The LX and the EX also boast driver and front passenger airbags, six speakers, and single-zone automatic climate control, and a rear parking camera. On top of this, the EX comes with keyless entry and push-start ignition, power-folding side mirrors, and DRLs. The SX features leather seats with power adjustment for the driver, side airbags for the front occupants, a panoramic sunroof, and wireless charging. For safety, the range-topper is equipped with smart cruise control, lane-keeping and lane-following assist, forward-collision avoidance.
All variants are offered with five-year or 160,000km warranty, whichever comes first.

“This is a big moment for us...the new Seltos marks the beginning of an exhilarating chapter as we continue to drive towards automotive excellence in our market,” said Toti Zara, president of Kia Philippines. “We will remain dedicated to driving innovation, pushing boundaries, and shaping the future of mobility in the Philippines.”
Added COO Brian Buendia: “Our stable of capable SUVs is stronger than ever. Loaded with standout style, some of the latest technology, advanced driver assistance systems, and enthusiastic performance, the Seltos is in a league of its own.”
