Mitsubishi is making a lot of noise for its display for the upcoming 2024 Philippine International Motor Show. We can’t blame them, though, as it’s the first time the local division will hold a world premiere for a concept vehicle.
It’s a huge deal for Mitsubishi Motors Philippines for sure, and it’s not often an automaker holds a global debut here. In case you missed it, the concept that will be shown at PIMS 2024 will be a seven-seater SUV.

So far, only two photos of the SUV have been released. One shows a top view of its front corner, and the second being a section of its rear. By our reckoning it’s either the next-generation Montero Sport or a totally new and different model that slots in between the Montero Sport and XForce.
Keen to tickle the public’s minds, Mitsubishi Motors Philippines has released another teaser. This time around, it gives us a good look at its side profile.
Don’t get too excited, though. It’s still largely blacked out, but at least when know the shape, right? Also seen in the new photos are its headlights and tail lights, giving us a better idea as to what it might look like once revealed.
We see more XForce-inspired design in the case of its lighting. There’s the T-shape look for the headlights, and the same goes for the tail lights. It looks relatively large, and the silhouette gives the impression of high ground clearance.
We’ll know for sure what it is once Mitsubishi finally pulls the covers off in PIMS 2024. Until then. We’ll be on the lookout for more teasers from the company, but we do have a guess on what it could be: It starts with an A and ends with an E.
The 2024 Philippine International Motor Show will open its doors on October 24 and run until October 27.
