Think of the N-Warrior. Then, imagine it with a higher stance, more off-road accessories, and enormous tires. That, my friend, is the new Nissan Navara N-TREK Warrior.
This is an exclusive halo version of Nissan’s famous truck, conceived with the help of product development and engineering consultancy Premcar. The modifications here include enhancements to the Navara’s suspension, fitting it with beefier off-road-ready springs and dampers. The new setup has resulted in a 40mm increase in ground clearance.
Meanwhile, the truck’s styling also gets a boost courtesy of the huge 32.2-inch Cooper all-terrain tires and a new steel bullbar integrated with a 470mm LED light bar up front.
“The market has shifted considerably in the last two years with ute sales leading the way, but ute buyers are looking for a higher level of specification that deliver both capable and functional improvements, while making their vehicle stand out,” said Nissan Australia managing director Stephen Lester. “The Nissan Navara N-TREK Warrior is locally designed and engineered for Australian conditions. We expect this to be a popular variant.”
This special-edition Navara is expected to become available in Australia in early December, and Nissan says that prices will be revealed soon.
