Mark your calendars, people: the all-new Nissan Patrol is arriving in March. That’s a month from now. Or two. Depending on which part of the month Nissan Philippines (NPI) decides to make the reveal.
We know a lot of you have been waiting for this since the big reveal back in September, and especially after NPI teased the next-generation model at the Philippine International Motor Show last year.
What we don’t know yet, however, is what the local specs for the Patrol will look like. There are two engine options, one being the 425hp, 700Nm 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 and the other the 318hp, 386Nm 3.8-liter naturally aspirated V6. We’re taking a good guess that we’ll either be getting just the turbocharged powertrain or both, because it wouldn’t make sense for our market to be stuck with the NA V6.

Of course, what we’re sure of is what the vehicle will look like. It’ll have that modern, next-generation Nissan design that has the Patrol’s signature boxy look but with a fresh front fascia and a macho-looking rear end. We’ve yet to see the all-new Patrol in the metal, so we’re looking forward to finally getting up close and personal with it.
No word yet on when exactly the full launch will be and whether or not stocks will be readily available by the end of Q1 2025, but in any case, what’s important is that the all-new Patrol is finally on its way. The Toyota Land Cruiser 300 better watch out, then.
