Porsche is set to debut at the Geneva International Motor Show the Cayman GT4, "the first high-performance sports car belonging to the GT family that is based on the mid-engine coupes."

The Cayman GT4 is equipped with a 385hp 3.8-liter mill that was sourced from the 911 Carrera S. Its front end is also different from the standard Cayman, with a lower front spoiler and an additional air outlet in front of the hood as well as the rear wing, making the Cayman GT4 the only model to have downforce exerted on both front and rear axles. The Cayman GT4 also rides 30mm lower than the standard Cayman, and comes with a brake system that’s derived from the 911 GT3.

According to Porsche, the Cayman GT4 has been clocked at seven minutes and 40 seconds on the North Loop of the Nurburgring.
