The updated Subaru BRZ comes with a wing-type spoiler

With no price increase

While you were busy checking out the EyeSight tech at the Subaru booth during the recent Manila International Auto Show, the Japanese carmaker quietly revealed another treat: A refreshed BRZ

The updated sports car gets new features, namely a wing-type spoiler that now comes standard. Up front, there are new LED headlamps with daytime running lights, complemented by LED foglamps underneath. On the rear are enlarged twin tail mufflers, while a double-fin garnish decorates both sides.

Inside, you get leather/Alcantara-lined seats with red stitching. The transmission gets a Track mode for a sportier drive, while the automatic variant comes with paddle shifters. It looks like the head unit is still not a touchscreen, but for certain people this is not a dealbreaker at all.

The good news is that the BRZ will stay the same price—post-TRAIN price, that is. Both the manual and automatic variants will set you back P2,058,000. Any takers?
